Kimberley Products terms and conditions for placing orders on this site are as follows:
- Once you place your order an email confirmation will be sent to your nominated address.
- Kimberley Products will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days following receipt of payment.
- If your order is expected to take longer than 14 days to dispatch, Kimberley Products will contact you with an expected delivery time. You can also check on our expected delivery times before you order by contacting us via email or phone. Some products on the site include a message to suggest that you check on delivery times before ordering.
- Full refunds will be issued for unavailable products.
- Cash orders can also be paid on pick-up.

Prices and stock availability may vary without notice. Kimberley Products will notify you of any price or stock changes when you place an order. Refunds will be issued where applicable if you don't wish to proceed.
Payment Methods
The checkout section of this shopping cart will ask you to specify how you wish to pay for your order. Kimberley Products accepts payments via the following methods:
- Direct Deposit (details will be sent to customers upon confirmation of order)
- Money order (send direct to Kimberley on confirmation of your order)
- Bank cheque (send direct to Kimberley on confirmation of your order)
- Credit cards via PayPal
- Cash (delivered to Kimberley Products on pick-up – we will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up)
International Customers
Unfortunately, Kimberley Products do not yet have the facility to accommodate international payments on this site. However, orders can be sent direct to Kimberley Products via email (kimprod@kimprod.com.au) or fax (+61 3 9768 5788). Kimberley Products will then provide you with a shipping quote to your location.
Refunds and Returns
Please choose carefully before purchasing!
Kimberley Products will only issue full refunds if the items you have received are different to those stated on your order confirmation and if you notify us of this error within 7 days of receiving your order. If you receive a damaged item please keep everything intact and you will be guided to submit a claim with our carrier. If the items you have purchased are unsuitable or inappropriate for the intended purpose, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the order. These items will be refunded at Kimberley's discretion, minus shipping costs. We are unable to refund items that have been removed from their original packaging. Kimberley Products do not issue refunds for customers that change their minds.
Any returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. No refund will be given on freight or pick up charges.
Warranties and Guarantees
Kimberley Products has carefully selected the products available on this site. Where we have provided advice or product recommendations, this information is true and correct to the best of our knowledge.
Kimberley Products provide warranties on our own products at our discretion. Contact us to discuss this further if you have concerns. Kimberley Products do not offer a warranty or guarantee on any of the alternate brand products sold on this site unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer of the product or in the product descriptions on this site.
All care has been taken when selecting a shipping company for products ordered on this site. Each order is individually tracked and hand delivered to your delivery address by Star Track Express. Although extremely reliable, the Star Track Express service used on this site does not include a warranty for damaged or missing goods. If you wish to arrange a warranty for your shipping, please contact us for a quote.
