Shipping Carrier
Kimberley Products use Star Track Express to ship most items listed on this site with the exception of Spare Parts which is shipped using Australia Post. Unfortunatley the carrier is unable to call prior to delivery, and the delivery dates are an estimate only.

Deliveries are shipped using Star Track Express Road Express Service and typically take 1-10 working days, depending on your location. Star Track Express' transit times (and click on Transit Times at top of page) provides you with an estimated delivery time to your address. Each shipment is issued with a tracking number which can be used to track deliveries on Star Track Express Website. Tracking numbers are issued to customers on request.

Star Track Express only delivers to street addresses (not postal boxes). Please ensure that your delivery address is listed as a street address when placing an order. You (or someone else) must be at this address during business hours to receive your Star Track Express delivery. Couriered Deliveries must be signed for. We will not courier items and leave instructions to leave onsite without a signatory. If you are not at your address when your order is delivered, Star Track Express may hold your order at the nearest Star Track Express depot where you can arrange a re-delivery or you can collect the package.

Kimberley Products will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days following receipt of payment. If your order is expected to take longer than 14 days to dispatch, Kimberley Products will contact you with an expected delivery time. You can also enquire about expected delivery times before you order by contacting us via email or phone. 

The shipping cost is calculated at the completion of your order and is based on the volumetric weight of your order as well as your shipping zone (see above).

Any returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. No refund will be given on freight or pick up charges.
